Bay Area 2nd Mom, Inc. has a basic Child Care
Training program which is provided by AllCarePlus to help ensure that our Nannies will meet our
standards. New Nannies can use this as a launching step to learn
the field, and more experienced Nannies will have an opportunity
to learn new skills. Our program covers at a minimum:
. Preventing Childhood Injuries
. Infant and Child First Aid
. Preventing Infectious Diseases
. Caring for Ill Children
. Learning About Child Development
. Communicating With Children
and Parents
. Recognizing and Reporting Child
Abuse
. Child Abduction Awareness

CPR and First Aid Training | Register

Our certified CPR and First Aid Training program
will teach you skills ranging from the proper treatment of minor
injuries to emergency responses needed in life threatening situations. |
The Bonus Program is a trial program
designed to analyze the effects and benefits of word-of-mouth referrals.
We believe that by organizing a network of people with similar needs, we
will reduce costs and improve the quality of services offered. It is essential
to work as a group for this program to succeed.

you for valuable referrals. Not only will you be paid for directing
qualified families and caregivers to us, but your help will
allow us to reduce the cost of advertising. This in turn will
offer savings on our services for all our clients to enjoy.
The referral system will ultimately develop into a networked
co-op where families will have a greater involvement in the
quality and cost of caregiving. |
Caregiver Community | Join

In an ongoing effort to improve resources for
our caregivers, Bay Area 2nd Mom, Inc. has developed a caregiver
community. At this time, we depend on the cooperation of caregivers
to drive this program. By completing the on-line Caregiver Community
form, you will be added to our support group list. Our goal
is to develop a forum for caregivers to communicate with each
other. |
