understands that the happiness and well being of our family, community and
home are the greatest concerns in our daily lives. We have assisted thousands
of families in achieving their desired goals for proper care for their children,
community organizations in assuring safe care at their events and corporations
in maintaining good employee relations by assisting them with personal needs
that allow them to maintain productivity.
We complete screening and background checks on our applicants before introducing
them to our clients. A counselor is assigned to personally assist each client
in beginning a search, coordinating your needs and requirements, and formulating
a Job Description, which we will use to match your requirements with our
caregivers. In addition we will assist you in creating an Agreement between
the Client and caregiver to ease the everyday relationship.
We will do our utmost to provide the best services to you and your family
before, during, and after your placement. If any problems arise, we are
always here to help mediate them.

live-in or live-out, in-home Child Care reduces exposure to
illness, and establishes peace of mind for a parent, to be able

Short Term Nanny Care (1 to 12 weeks)

provide screened, highly qualified and dependable Nannies for
parents seeking placement in their home for a short period of
time. This is the perfect service for vacations, school breaks,
sicknesses, and any other short term needs. |

hours basis. Nannies can be requested for immediate service.
All nannies are thoroughly screened with refrences and criminal
background checks. They are all trained in CPR and First Aid.

We can provide household managers for casual, semi-formal
or formal households. Household Managers maintains the smooth operation
of your home. House managers are able to schedule contractors, organize
dinner parties, and help manage your bills. Additionally, if they
are the only staff in the house, they may clean, launder, run errands,
and perhaps cook some meals. If the Household Manager works in a
home where there are other household staff, they will provide supervision
and administrative services while assisting with the everyday housework
as needed. |

program to help ensure that our Nannies will meet our standards.
New Nannies can use this as a launching step to learn the field,
and more experienced Nannies will have an opportunity to learn new
skills. Our program covers at a minimum:

Our certified CPR and First Aid Training program
will teach you skills ranging from from the proper treatment of
minor injuries to emergency responses needed in life threatening

The Bonus Program is a trial program designed to analyze the effects and
benefits of word-of-mouth referrals. We believe that by organizing a network
of people with similar needs we will reduce costs and improve the quality
of services offered. It is essential to work as a group for this program
to succeed.

caregivers, Bay Area 2nd Mom, Inc. has developed a caregiver community.
At this time we depend on the cooperation of caregivers to drive
this program. By completing the on-line Caregiver Community form,
you will be added to our support group list. Our goal is to develope
a forum for caregivers to communicate with each other. |
